INSIGHTS

Training that sticks: drills over theatre

If it can’t be observed on shift, it doesn’t count. The best training is short, practical, and repeated until it’s automatic.

Slide decks don’t create standards under pressure. Repetition does. A world‑class property turns standards into muscle memory through short drills, coaching language, and manager sign‑offs.

Short sessions

15–25 minutes. One standard. One scenario. One behaviour to lock.

Observable sign‑off

Pass/fail behaviours. Coaching on shift. No vague “they understand”.

Manager routines

Daily checks + weekly calibration prevents drift and protects tone.

We can share the training architecture privately—including session plans, roleplays, and sign‑off checklists.
